The complimentary water mentioned was not available in the van either. This is not, in my opinion a tour with lots of facts and information, this is a sightseeing tour. Lastly, we booked an ENGLISH tour. As great as our tour guide was, she had to prioritize speaking another language to everyone else on our tour making it difficult to provide much detail to us in English.
